Despite the 8:30am start up time for voting placed by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, there have been observations that the electoral officials are yet to arrive polling units across areas in Abuja.
Truthlivenews.com correspondent went round few polling units around the Legislative Quarter and Durumi in the FCT and observed the large number of people at polling units with no Electoral officials or materials in site.
Recall that the INEC Chairman Prof Mahmood Yakubu had said that voting will start at 8:30am and ends at 2:30pm.
He however said those who are on the Queue at 2:30 and beyond would still be allowed to vote.
