Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed, has told All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential flag bearer, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to accept Federal Government policies because as a party member, he can’t be divorced from what government does.
“If Tinubu was coming under Labour Party, it would be a different thing,” said the minister, speaking in reaction to Tinubu and other APC stalwarts, including Governors’ opposition to currency redesign policy.
Tinubu, Nasir El-Rufai’, Abdullahi Ganduje, governors of Kaduna and Kano, respectively, have vehemently spoken against President Mohammadu Buhari, over the policy despite being of the same APC.
“But they are all inseperable from what APC government does,” Lai Mohammed said.
The minister spoke on TVC, a television owned by Tinubu with head office in Lagos.
