INEC has been given the greenlight by the Court to go ahead with the reconfiguring of the BVAS machine for March 11 elections.
The court granted INEC’s request because the electoral body promised that all data in BVAS machines would be transferred to a back end server before they are reconfigured.
Also, the electoral body said that during transfer of the data to the back end server, the data will not be tampered with.
