CENTUS NWEZE
Amid speculations of People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Lagos State governorship candidate, Abdul Azeez Olajide Adedorsn, aka Jandor, stepping down for another candidate, his campaign Director General, Seye O’Dairo has thrown in the towel.
This happened on Wednesday but the letter to that effect began celirculating in social media by Thursday evening.
O’Dairo gave no reasons for his actions.
But his decision may not be unconnected with the dramatic loss of steam by his campaign in the face of the relentless drive by Labour Party, LP, candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivours and continual pressure from stakeholders for him to step down his ambition for LP.
“Please accept this as my formal resignation letter as the Director General ot The Jandor for Governor Campaign Council,” O’Dairo said in the latter, also wishing Jandor well.
