The World Public Assembly will serve as the global stage for the final and award ceremony of the International Festival of Creativity “Children of the World: Time to be Friends.” The event, held in the format of a round table, will not only celebrate the achievements of young talents but also reflect on the Festival’s mission to unite children across borders through art and friendship.

Running from March to August 2025, the Festival gathered children and teenagers aged 5 to 15 from various countries.

Its central goals were the development of creative skills, fostering intercultural dialogue, discovering new talents, and strengthening friendships beyond national, cultural, and social divides.

Organizers emphasized that art remains a vital force in promoting tolerance and mutual understanding, and involving young people in creative diplomacy can shape the future of international relations while reducing global tensions.

At the round table, experts will deliberate on three core themes:

The role of art in shaping strong, multifaceted personalities.

Art as a foundation for international cooperation.

Preserving cultural heritage in the age of globalization.

The platform will be moderated by Irina Trumpf, Ambassador of the World of the Federation for Universal Peace, laureate of the “Worthy Women of the Fatherland” award, and founder of the Open Hearts Foundation. She underscored the transformative power of creativity:

“Society needs a Creative Person, an intellectual personality, a gifted individual with unique interests and talents. If beauty saves the world, then art and creativity can certainly change it for the better.

The World Creativity Festival offers powerful opportunities for children to broaden horizons, develop themselves, and unlock new knowledge.”

The jury of the competition was chaired by Irina Markova-Chagall, renowned artist, poet, and great-niece of Marc Chagall.

The event also has the backing of Maria Lvova-Belova, the Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights, who has been invited as a keynote speaker.

Distinguished guests include Alexander Alimov, Director of the Department for Multilateral Humanitarian Cooperation and Cultural Relations of the Russian MFA; Olga Arishina, artist and member of the Russian Geographical Society; Marina Volkova, Director of the Department of Happiness of the World Peoples Assembly; Oksana Voloshina, General Director of the Expert Council; Irina Eliferova, Chairman of the Mother of Russia Foundation; and Svetlana Listopadova, Chair of the Commission for the Development of the Creative Economy at the CCI of the Russian Federation.

The Festival also received support from numerous international partners, including Bahrain, Spain, and Portugal. On the sidelines of the Assembly, new agreements for joint educational and cultural projects are expected to be signed, marking another step in global cooperation.

The event will culminate with the announcement of the launch of the Second World Festival of Creativity “Children of the World: Time to be Friends,” ensuring the continuation of this global platform where art, talent, and friendship converge to build a brighter, more united future.
