Truthlive.net source in Port Harcourt revealed that no agreement was reached in the first round of negotiation between the two camps but confirmed that there was progress made.
According to the source who did not want his name mentioned; “The good thing is that talks are on, and it is a way forward towards reconciliation, though nothing has been agreed yet, but I can confirm that it was a good start”.
Also speaking to newsmen after the meeting, Governor Fintiri of Adamawa who is the leader of the Atiku reconciliation team and former Governor on Ondo State, Sen Olusegun Mimiko who is leading the Wike team both confirmed that the move to united the party is on and optimistic that they would achieve success at the end of the day.
