The Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno has inaugurated new Commissioners and a Special Adviser into the State Executive Council.
The event which took place in Uyo on Thursday had in attendance the Wife of the Governor, Pastor Patience Umo Eno, the deputy governor, Sen Akon Eyakenyi, Speaker of the the House of Assembly, Elder Udeme Otong, SSG, Prince Enobong Uwah, Head of Civil Service, Elder Effiong Essien, and State PDP Chairman, Elder Aniekan Akpan, among others.
A release by the Secretary to the state government Prince Enobong Uwah, said those Inaugurated with a charge on them to be more committed to their people in the rural communities were:
