Ballon d’Or 2025 Details Revealed

The Ballon d’Or award organizers have released details for the 2025 event, which will take place at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris on Monday, September 22.

France Football, UEFA, and L’Équipe will collaborate to organize the ceremony, honouring top footballers since 1956.

New awards to be presented this year include the Women’s Kopa Trophy, Women’s Yashin Trophy, and Women’s Gerd Muller Trophy.

Barcelona’s Yamal, Raphinha, and Paris Saint-Germain’s Ousmane Dembele are leading candidates for the Men’s Ballon d’Or award.

A panel of over 100 journalists from major football countries will determine the winners through voting.

Truth Live News reports that the Ballon d’Or is an annual award recognizing the best footballers globally, with winners determined by performances during the previous season.
