The door for Barcelona’s interest in bringing Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams to Camp Nou is closed forever, according to reports.
Negotiations between Barcelona and Williams’ camp were completely stalled over new conditions from Williams and his agent, which the club found “completely unacceptable”.
LaLiga President Javier Tebas had warned that Barcelona cannot register Williams due to the club’s financial constraints.
Barcelona are already struggling to register new signings, including Dani Olmo and Pau Victor, due to their financial woes.
