Former minister of state for Petroleum, Hon. Timipre Sylva has been announced as the winner of the Bayelsa State All Progressive Congress (APC) gubernatorial primary elections in the state capital, Yenagoa, Today.
The primaries which took place on Friday was an open field battle for the APc big-wigs like David Lyon, Festus Sunday, Prof Ongoebi Maureen, Ogomade Isikima Johnson and Joshua Maciver as contestants.
