FC Bayern Munich has reached a new agreement with Chelsea FC for striker Nicolas Jackson, securing the Senegalese forward on a loan deal that includes a buy clause and a possible obligation to purchase, as desired by the London club.
The deal had initially been recalled by Chelsea after the Blues number 9, Liam Delap pick up an injury during Premier League clash with Fulham.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the deal, confirmed exclusively, features a record €15 million loan fee paid by Bayern as Jackson has already agreed to a five-year contract with the German giants, set to commence in summer 2026, paving the way for a potential permanent switch.
The 24-year-old, who joined Chelsea in 2023 from Villarreal, has impressed in the Premier League but faced competition for places.
Chelsea, looking to manage their squad and finances, insisted on the obligation element to ensure a future payday if Jackson thrives in Munich.
