Chelsea have agreed a deal with Manchester United to sign highly-rated winger Alejandro Garnacho, marking another bold move in the Blues’ aggressive squad rebuild under manager Enzo Maresca.
The 21-year-old Argentine international, who has been frozen out at Old Trafford following a public fallout with United boss Ruben Amorim, is set to join Chelsea on a seven-year contract running until 2032.
The agreement, finalized today, includes a £40 million fixed fee plus a 10% sell-on clause, representing a compromise from United’s initial £50 million valuation.
