According to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano in a post via his X account on Sunday morning, Chelsea has intensified talks to advance on a deal for João Pedro.
“Understand Chelsea have now intensified talks to advance on João Pedro deal,” Romano tweeted.
“Chelsea are focused on the João Pedro deal after signing Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, who completed the main part of his medical with Chelsea over the weekend.
“Chelsea finalized a £55 million deal for the 20-year-old English star, Bynoe-Gittens.
“Newcastle had two proposals rejected by Brighton, but Chelsea is now pushing to sign the 23-year-old Brazilian forward.
