In a significant development in the ongoing trial of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), the Federal High Court in Abuja, presided over by Justice James Omotosho, on Thursday admitted critical video evidence featuring prominent figures: General T.Y. Danjuma, Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma, and the Director General of the State Security Service, Adeola Ajayi.

The court accepted a flash drive containing the three separate videos, marked as Exhibit PW-P, alongside a certificate of compliance, designated as Exhibit PWP-1, as part of Kanu’s defense.

These documents were tendered from the bar by Kanu’s counsel, Paul Erokoro, and faced no opposition from the federal government’s legal representative, Adegboyega Awomolo.

The videos were played in open court, providing a dramatic moment in the proceedings, after which Mr. Erokoro rigorously cross-examined an SSS operative, identified only as BBB, further intensifying the scrutiny of the evidence presented in this closely watched case.
