The former Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Kabiru Adjoto, alongside several influential leaders of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Akoko Edo, have officially defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
This development was made public today, Thursday, 25th of April, 2024.
Rt. Hon. Kabiru Adjoto, announced his decision to join the APC during a gathering of party faithfuls in Akoko Edo.
Joined by other prominent PDP members, Adjoto cited the need for a united front and alignment with the vision and policies of the APC as reasons for his defection.
