The Inspector-General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba on Tuesday urged Nigerians to partner with the Police force in it’s effort to fight crime and criminality which is on the increase across the nation.
Baba made the call while delivering a keynote address at the ongoing 3-Day Security and Peace Summit in Gombe State, today Tuesday, August 9, 2022.
He emphasized the critical role citizens and communities play in curbing security challenges through the provision of actionable criminal information to security agencies.
Similarly, the police boss explained the importance of active citizens engagement and community partnerships in the fight against crime and criminality.
