Emmanuel Efayeta Kuejubola writes an open loan application letter to President Tinubu, requesting a loan of 12 billion naira, in the newspaper.

He wrote, “My name is Emmanuel Efayeta Kuejubola, one Nigerian from Okpavuerhe- Olomu Kingdom, Ughelli South Local Government, Delta State.

“Knowing well that in Nigeria, we have land to build and to farm on, no one can deny the fact that we have an enormous human resources to produce and consume whatever good that is produced here.

“My father and your father late Chief Obafemi Awolowo in his time, though not a president took many Nigerians from the chains of poverty through free education. I am sure you will do better.

“Today Lagos is a Centre of Excellence because men like you took some hard decision. The task of building Nigeria is great and all hands must be on deck. The act of making a difference can only be achieved by Holy Mad Men because they can see tomorrow, Mr. President you are one of such.

“I am constrained to write this open letter to you having done same letter to my big brother Alhaji Aliko Dangote. President and CEO of Dangote Industries Limited which was published on Vanguard Newspaper Tuesday September 16, 2025 page 53.

“Though no response yet. I have no dea whether he saw it or not. I have a dream and I won’t die without its actualization.
The dream and plan is to systematically address housing needs in Nigeria starting from Delta State through the development of new settlements which is geared towards tapping the agricultural potentials of our land, To this end, Mr. President, kindly give me a loan of NI2,000.000,000 (Twelve Billion Naira) only. The said money I am asking from you, will partly be spent on acquisition of four hundred acres of land and its documentation at a location in Delta State. Thereafter, I will start the development of 400 housing units of two bedroom bungalow. The long term plan is the development of 3000 units of houses broken into three phases. Developing the houses is key.

“Our inaction can further increase the level of poverty, hunger and starvation in the land. The plan is geared towards addressing housing shortages in Nigeria, creating job opportunity, improving our business environment both short and long terms. This plan will create 3000 job opportunities and provision of free education to 1000 Nigerians from Primary School through University. This I can explain to you at your earliest convenience.

“The multiplier effects of developing new settlements of 1000 housing unit each is enormous. This plan will be replicated in different locations so as to create 3000 jobs and 3000 housing units. The said loan facility I am asking from you will be returned by the 36 month from the date of disbursement by you. Please Mr. President don’t give me any precondition to receive this loan. Idea may rule the world but money answers all things. I trust that your
response will be favourable as many Nigerians including me and my family will be taken out of poverty.

“Sir, l am looking forward to your favourable and prompt response. God bless you richly in Jesus name. Amen.”
