NIGERIA, PORT HARCOURT – Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has resumed official duties with an inspection of key road projects days after his return from suspension.
Fubara, in a post on his official Facebook page, said he visited the Emohua–Ogbakiri–Egbelu Road and the Tema–Buguma–Degema–Abonnema Road, describing them as vital routes that will enhance connectivity and economic flow.

According to the governor, the inspection reflects his administration’s commitment to ease movement and improve the living conditions of the people across the state.
“We also inspected two important projects that are sure to facilitate ease of movement and connect the people,” Fubara wrote, emphasizing the developmental significance of the works.
He further assured that with the contractors remobilized to site, the projects would be completed by the end of the year, “God willing,” he added.
