At least three players from Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid will be unavailable for Wednesday night’s semi-final clash at the 2025 Club World Cup.
PSG’s Willian Pacho and Lucas Hernandez will miss the match after receiving straight red cards in their semi-final victory over Bayern Munich.
FIFA’s Disciplinary Committee confirmed that both players have been banned for two matches, ruling them out of the competition.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid’s Dean Huijsen has been handed a one-match ban after being sent off for his challenge on Serhou Guirassy during Madrid’s 3-2 win over Borussia Dortmund.
The winner of the semi-final between Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain will face Chelsea in the final of the tournament.
