The leader of the Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force and Ex-militant leader, Asari Dokubo was cladded in a traditional outfit, with armed men walking to an event on Saturday.
Dokubo was seen heavily dressed in his attire, with some singers as part of his entourage, singing praises and eulogizing him as he walked into the event.
