Former governor of Edo State and well-known member of the APC campaign council, Adams Oshiomole, while examining Peter Obi and Atiku Abubukar possibilities in the upcoming election during his discussion with TVC news, commended Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State for his PDP agitation.

“I told someone that Governor Nyesom Wike is my man of the year,” Oshiomole stated in response to the subject. Since politicians frequently dismiss their lies as mere politics when they are exposed for what they are, I remarked that Wike is my man of the year. This raises the question of whether speaking the truth is impossible in politics. They have a candidate who does not follow through on his promises or adhere to the party’s bylaws regarding rotation.
“They also have a running mate who won’t follow a directive from the Asaba Declaration, which was held in Asaba, Delta State. Politics is about trust, so it’s a problem if the leader can’t be relied upon. To me, Wike is arguing that if a presidential candidate can’t follow the rules of his party early on, why should his assurances be taken seriously if he is elected president and supreme commander of the armed forces?”
