The Super Falcons of Nigeria have arrived in Casablanca, Morocco, for their final preparations ahead of the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.

The team, led by coach Finidi George, will play a crucial friendly match against Ghana’s Black Queens on Sunday before opening their WAFCON campaign against Tunisia on July 6 at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium.

The Super Falcons will also face Botswana and Algeria at the same venue, and the team is determined to make a strong impression in the tournament.

The team had a pre-tournament friendly against Portugal, which ended in a 0-0 draw, and they are looking to build on that performance as they prepare for the big games ahead.

Asisat Oshoala and Folashade Ijamilusi have joined the team in Casablanca, and the squad is now complete and ready to take on the challenge of WAFCON 2024.
