Sokoto state governor, Aminu Tambuwal has abandoned his party’s presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, by joining suit filed by APC governors asking Supreme Court to declare null and void, President Buhari’s Decision on New Naira Notes.
Recall Truth News Live had reported that about ten APC’s governors which include the likes of Governor Nasiru El-Rufai of Kaduna state, Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano state, Governor Mohammed Bello (Niger State), Abdullahi Sule (Nasarawa State), Yahaya Bello (Kogi State), Inuwa Yahaya (Gombe State), Bello Matawalle (Zamfara State) Mai Mala Buni (Yobe State), Abubakar Badaru (Jigawa State), Biodun Oyebanji (Ekiti State), Simon Lalong (Plateau State) among otherrs, had filed a suit at the apex court requesting that President Muhammadu Buhari’s new Naira Policy be declared unconstitutional.
Another governor in the form of Aminu Tambuwal (PDP) from Sokoto state has now joined the bandwagon, a decision which go against the interest of PDP’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar
