Tinubu Approves Deployment of Two New Permanent Secretaries to Key Ministries

President Bola Tinubu has approved the deployment of two newly appointed federal permanent secretaries to strategic government ministries, as part of efforts to strengthen governance and improve service delivery.

The announcement was made in a statement on Monday by Mr Eno Olotu, Director of Public Relations at the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.

According to Olotu, the appointments followed a competitive selection process and are aimed at bringing fresh leadership, professionalism, and innovation to the federal civil service.

Mr Rafiu Adeladan has been assigned to the Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, while Dr Mukhtar Mohammed will take up duties at the Ministry of Arts, Culture, Tourism and Creative Economy.

The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Didi Walson-Jack, congratulated the new appointees and urged them to uphold high standards of professionalism and accountability in their roles.

She also reaffirmed the government’s commitment to building strong institutions and ensuring the effective implementation of national policies.
