Chelsea have been reported to be preparing an outrageous bid of £80m-£85m for Leicester’s center-back, Wesley Fofana after initial bid of €75m and second bid of €82m were turned down by Leicester as they see the player as untouchable.

Leicester do not want to sell Fofana and are confident of keeping him after he signed an extended contract in March which runs for another five years. That resolve is likely to be tested by Chelsea later this week.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the 21-year-old french international center-back is convinced with the move and is just waiting for an agreement with the two clubs to be reached.
He said, “Chelsea are preparing new proposal for Wesley Fofana. Negotiations will continue with Leicester, they insist he’s not for sale but Chelsea will now push again after bid for more than £70m turned down last week.
Fofana wants the move. Chelsea will try again, on it.”
