Everton have rejected Chelsea’s opening bid of £40m for their 21-year-old English international winger, Anthony Michael Gordon, per Fabrizio Romano.
In a bid to solve their problem with conversion of chances, Chelsea have showed interest in signing the Everton winger to take on the striking role after they sold Timo Werner.

The deal could be reached with a player inclusive as Lampard’s Everton have rejected the opening bid and reports have it that the Chelsea legend is keen on having one of Chelsea’s players on his side.
Internal negotiations have been activated to see that the deal pull through.
Hw said, “Chelsea are discussing internally of new proposal for Anthony Gordon as opening bid worth £40m has been rejected by Everton today.
Chelsea could try to include players in the deal as Frank Lampard wanted more than one CFC player this summer.”
