Christiana Atsupie Twasam, twin sister of late Ghanaian footballer, Christian Atsu, is all shades of gloomy as she arrived the Kotoka International Airport, Ghana, from Turkey, with the remains of her brother.
Recall that Atsu who was a former Chelsea and Newcastle United star, was killed in the terrific earthquake that occurred in Turkey. His body was found 12 days after the earthquake struck and was announced by his agent, Nana Sechere, on Saturday February 18, after days of hopes by family, friends and fans, that he may make it out alive.
The coffin containing the footballer’s corpse arrived the airport yesterday night, February 19, and was moved out by Pallbearers in preparation for interment.
His sister was also seen in the video, gloomy and overwhelmed with emotions, leaving the airport, with the assistance of a family member.
May his soul rest in peace.
