Grammy Award winner, Burnaboy has shared some pearls of wisdom regarding success and navigating life.
Burnaboy claims that if a person does not succeed in life, there would be no proof that they gave it their all. He revealed that the only way to imprint your name on the sand of time, is to be successful.
In a video, the self-acclaimed African Giant noted that if a person’s success is not evident, they will have to always come out to defend themselves because there is no proof of their labor bearing fruit.
Burna Boy further revealed that if someone claims to have worked extremely hard during his lifetime but has nothing to show for it, no one would believe them.
Odogwu as the singer is fondly called added that this situation is one of the reasons why he strives to achieve ground breaking success, so he does not have to explain himself in future.
He said;
“For this life, if you no make am, no evidence say you try your best. You go dey explain tire, you go explain, explain, explain, because no evidence say you try your best if you no make am for this life.
“No be the one wey we go kpai now, they’ll say oh! he tried his best, how do you know?”
