Zamfara Gold: Don’t Stop Free Access To Crude Oil, LNO Warns Tompolo

Lower Niger Oxygen, LNO, has warned Government Ekpemupolo, aka, Tompolo, who recently won N4.8 billion federal government contract to secure oil pipelines, not to stop Niger Deltans access to their God given crude oil.

 

The group argued that if the gold resources in Zamfara State can be exploited freely by indegens of the state white hindersnce from federal government, same previledge must also be extended to states endowed with the crude oil.

Adding further, LNO Tompolo who is Former leader of the Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta MEND Oweizide Ekpomupolo aka Tompolo to jettison the 4.8billion monthly surveillance contract awarded to him by the Muhammadu Buhari administration for him not be at dagger drawn with his fellow Niger Delta.

 

 

The spokesperson of LNO who preferred to be addressed as Alpa told journalist after it’s meeting in Udu near Warri that sons of Niger Delta should not be used as easy tools to cause division, bloodletting and acrimony in the region.

 

 

Alpa maintained that as far as the Federal Government could allow the Zamfara people and Government to freely mine and sell gold deposits found within their State, it does not have the moral right to stop those who partake in the crude oil business to better their lives
